The company has invested in the independent research and development of a new type of smelting furnace, which has now been successfully put into production. Complementing this innovative furnace is a state-of-the-art dust removal system, whose recovered dust not only helps reduce costs for the company but also boosts overall economic efficiency—further solidifying the company’s foundation for sustainable, environmentally friendly growth. The company currently employs over 200 people, with approximately 20 percent of the workforce holding college or university degrees. Among them are 4 senior engineers, 12 engineers, and 25 technicians. Notably, all employees involved in boron carbide production have more than 10 years of experience—this extensive expertise serves as the fundamental guarantee for manufacturing high-quality boron carbide products.
